Your information.
Handled with care.
This notice explains the information collected through Royal SPV Foundation’s website and how it is used.
Updated 21 October 2026. Royal Sovereign SPV Foundation is responsible for the information it collects through this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact petermokgatle0@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Enquiries collect your name, email address and message, with optional organisation and telephone details. Project funding applications collect the applicant and team’s identity or registration and tax information, contact and address details, project information, funding requirements, financial information, security offered, declarations and an electronic signature. Supporting documents may include owner or director IDs, proof of address, bank statements, proposals, registration and tax documents, accounts, quotations and approvals.
Why we use your information
Authorised Foundation staff use this information to assess proposals, review enquiries, carry out appropriate due diligence, manage follow-up and communicate with you. The application asks for confirmation of accuracy, verification authorisation and consent to processing. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding, employment or acceptance. Credit, banking and other third-party checks are not performed automatically by the website.
Your choices and other people’s information
Required application fields and documents are needed to assess a complete application. Optional information may be left blank. Ensure you are authorised to provide information and documents relating to owners, directors or other people, and that they know why it is being supplied. You may contact the Foundation to ask about access, correction, objection or withdrawal of consent; the Foundation will assess the request and explain any applicable limits or retention obligations.
Access, storage and sharing
Enquiries and application records are private to authorised WordPress administrators. Full application details and supporting documents are encrypted at rest. Supporting documents are stored outside the public website and are downloaded through authenticated staff controls. Staff may use relevant information with appropriate professional advisers, funders or verification providers for the stated assessment purpose, subject to the Foundation’s authorisation and handling procedures. Information is not published in the photo gallery or general Media Library.
Retention and security
Completed applications are flagged for a staff retention review after 365 days. This is a review threshold, not an automatic deletion date. Retention depends on the assessment, follow-up and applicable obligations; contact the Foundation for the retention decision relevant to your record. Unsubmitted temporary document uploads are scheduled for removal after their application session expires. Access controls, validation and rate limits help protect the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Photographs and public content
Public project photographs, captions and other approved material are published by Foundation staff. Contact the Foundation with questions about a published photograph or a request concerning your personal information. Staff must obtain the appropriate permission before publishing identifiable people.
Cookies and notifications
The introduction uses session storage to remember whether it has played in the current tab. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administration. This application does not save your form answers in browser local storage. If staff enable email alerts, the alert contains a reference and a link to the private inbox rather than your supporting documents or financial details.
Questions or complaints
Keep your submission reference when corresponding with the Foundation. Contact petermokgatle0@gmail.com or use the Contact form. You may also raise a concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator. This notice will be updated when the website or the Foundation’s handling procedures change.
